Special Call to Artists for Santa Clarita International Film Festival at Old Town Newhall Library
This is an open theme, just a chance for you to showcase your work.
Due to space limitations this show will be juried.
"Santa Clarita International Film Fesitival"
SCAA has team up once again this year with Santa Clarita International Film Festival (SCIFF) to provide an art show at the Old Town Newhall Library.  SCIFF was attended by over 1300 people last year, we are partnered with SCIFF as their goal is to provide exposure to all the ARTS in Santa Clarita.

The event will take place on over a day event beginning December 8- December 11th from 7pm - 10:30 pm
Our art will be at the Old Town Newhall Library viewable during Library hours

Show dates:
November 18th- Deadline to submit 4 images of artwork you would display.
November 21st - Artists will be notified of acceptance or declination
Wednesday December 7th 10:00 am Panels and lighting will be set up
Wednesday December 7th Drop off  1:00pm - 4:00pm - Artists will bring their art and hang on their assigned panels.
Monday December 12th 12:00 pm -3:00 pm - Artists will pick up their art. Panels and lights will be taken down.

  • Artists' work will also be posted in a photo montage on social media including our SCAA Gallery Facebook page and on Instagram which artists can share with family and friends.
  • Work must be photographed in such a way that it is clearly visible at a resolution of 300dpi, with NO mats or frames showing. JPEG FILES SHOULD INCLUDE ARTIST Call to Artist Form online listing all works entered for the show. It is recommended that artists keep their own inventory list.
  • All the important information must be included- Artist name, Title of work, Price, and Medium in the online form
  • SCAA 25% commission will apply if work is sold. Up to four pieces may be submitted. There is no fee to enter this show.

    Please upload "jpg only" image files. Label your image files with the titles before uploading the image file. This is to ensure there is no confusion later identifying the artwork.
