Due to a rental cancellation, we have a 2-week break in the Gallery schedule and decided to fill it with some impromptu fun and an opportunity for Members to share their work - OPEN THEME!

We are seeking 10 artists per weekend - ready to host with work ready to hang. Please see event information and requirements below.

Please consider your schedule to ensure you can commit to the dates before taking a spot that could have gone to another willing artist. Last minute cancellations may affect your participation in future opportunities.

  • 10 artists max per weekend
  • Space is limited
  • Choose both weekends or one
  • Must commit, pay show fee upon entry. Please pay at the Gallery.
  • $15 one weekend, $25 for two; non-refundable
  • Standard 25% commission to SCAA
  • Open theme
  • All Gallery Guidelines & standard rules apply
  • Pop-up event, no reception will be held
  • Artist curates/hangs their own wall space (Gallery Committee can assist with securing)
  • Artist provides their own wall tags (must include name, title, medium, price - template available)
  • Final placement for tabletop art, cards, art rack, and gift items to be completed by Gallery Committee; not to be moved please
  • Artist agrees to host as needed, estimated 1-2 shifts per artist, TBD
  • We are considering closing for Father's Day 6/15, unless participating artists wish to remain open, TBD 
  • Walls above glass shelves will be divided into 10 vertical spaces; first come, first served - we expect spaces to fill FAST!
  • Each artist’s space is approx. 48” w x 48” h; must not hang into within 13” of glass shelves, infringe on tabletop art, or go into neighboring artist’s space
  • Some spaces may have extra width or length depending on location, windows/doors, or proximity to glass shelving - please be flexible
  • Name plaque to be provided at top of wall space for each artist
  • All art must be installed by Thursday, installation & drop-off dates TBD​
