Let's build your online portfolio!

As an active SCAA member, you have the option to receive a dedicated artist profile page hosted directly on our website. This is your personal digital canvas to share your art story, statement, or biography, post a friendly headshot, and showcase up to four of your favorite original artworks to collectors and community patrons.

Membership Requirement: You must be a paid, current member to have an artist page published. At the close of each January, pages for non-renewed accounts will be archived, and a new form submission will be required to repost your portfolio.​

Prepare Your Submission

Please ensure you have all materials ready and formatted before beginning the form below. Low-quality or incomplete submissions will be rejected, which will delay your publication.

• Completed Biography: Have your artist statement or biography ready to copy and paste (Recommended: 150 to 300 words).
• Strict Image Quality: All images must be sharp, clear, and perfectly cropped to the edge of the artwork. Do not include mats, framing, canvas edges, or backgrounds.
• Clean Headshot: Your profile picture should be a clean, professional photo of yourself or an active shot of you working in your studio; free from distracting or busy backgrounds.
• File Formats & Sizes: Images must be saved in JPG or PNG format and be under 5MB each. Files should be renamed to the following format: FirstLastName_ArtworkTitle.
• Publication Timeline: Artist portfolio pages are built entirely by our wonderful volunteers and may take up to 30 days to publish.
