Lorraine Malone
Lorraine Malone was born and raised in the Connecticut River Valley, and along with her husband, raised two children. Lorraine taught fourth grade for 21 years and retired in 2017. They moved to Santa Clarita from Massachusetts in early 2018. As a busy mother and fourth grade teacher, she never took the time to pursue her love of watercolor. Now, as a life-long learner, she can dedicate time to pursue a longing to learn about and create visual art.
Lorraine enjoys learning various watercolor styles and techniques and has recently become interested in strengthening drawing skills. She likes to draw and paint from nature, but recently has started to sharpen skills in architectural drawing and painting.
