The Santa Clarita Artists Association is proud to stand as a vibrant beacon of local fine art across our region. Beyond our rotating monthly showcase exhibitions inside our permanent Old Town Newhall Gallery, SCAA hosts a diverse calendar of premier annual festivals, professional juried competitions, public fundraisers, and long-standing private member social traditions. 

Our specialized programming is intentionally engineered across two vital pillars: providing our local residents and traveling collectors with vibrant local, outward-facing public gallery experiences, while simultaneously cultivating a warm, supportive private sanctuary where our 150+ member artists can gather to celebrate lifelong friendships and creative camaraderie outside the studio.

Le Chêne Spring Art Festival

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
SCAA partners with the legendary Le Chêne French Cuisine restaurant to transform their historic gardens into a spectacular open-air fine art marketplace. Drawing annual visitors, this premier community festival features over 40 art booth displays, live entertainment, and exceptional local culture.

The Art Classic

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Our signature flagship event of the year brings hundreds of original multi-medium masterworks together for an elite juried competition, a public gallery showcase, and a specialized silent auction benefiting youth art scholarships over a 2-day spectacular where local art is highly celebrated and awarded.

​Our mid-year social tradition brings SCAA artists together for a relaxed afternoon of outdoor grilling, sunshine, and a spectacular community potluck. It is the ultimate casual summer celebration of creative friendship and memories.
