Welcome to the SCAA member exhibition portal for the annual Le Chêne Summer Art Festival.
​To help our committee maintain a prestigious, safe, and beautifully organized open-air marketplace for our public visitors, all exhibiting creators are required to thoroughly review and align with our baseline layout specifications.

​Artist Exhibition Entry & Festival Regulations
Please review our master organizational specifications and safety criteria carefully before finalizing your exhibition registration at the bottom of this page:

• Artist Eligibility: Open exclusively to current, paid SCAA member artists whose annual dues are verified and active.
• ⏱️ Important Deadlines: Active registration windows will open in February 2027 and lock automatically once the garden pathway booth capacity is reached.
• ⏰ Festival Day Timeline: Load-in and artist setup runs strictly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Public marketplace hours run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No early breakdowns or early departures are permitted under any circumstances.
• 👥 Artist Presence Mandate: Exhibiting artists must remain in attendance at their designated booths for the entire duration of the festival to engage directly with patrons and collectors.
• 📦 Exhibition Specifications: All displayed fine art must be the 100% original design and creativity of the member artist. High-quality prints and custom greeting cards of your original designs are fully permitted.
• 📐 Display Setup Options:
  • Option 1 (SCAA Club Panels): SCAA provides two vertical grid panels. Exhibitors may only utilize a small artist print sleeve or a compact TV tray next to their station to keep walking paths clear.
  • Option 2 (Independent Setup): Artists are assigned an approximate 10' x 10' footprint to build a custom setup using their own private display racks, tables, or heavy-duty easels.
• 🌳 Canopy & Shade Restriction: No personal canopies or outdoor umbrellas are permitted on-site due to the comprehensive, mature oak canopy that shades the historic restaurant grounds.
• 💼 Sales & Commissions: Individual price tags must be cleanly attached by the artist. All festival sales are securely processed through the central SCAA terminal and are subject to a standard 25% organizational commission.

• Artist Eligibility: Open exclusively to current, paid SCAA member artists. If your annual dues are not up to date, you must comfortably Renew or Join SCAA Online prior to submitting your festival entry.
• Important Deadlines: The absolute deadline to submit online entries and entry fees is Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Space is strictly limited on the garden paths and registration will lock automatically once capacity is reached.
• Festival Day Timeline:
  • Artist Setup & Load-In: Sunday, April 26th between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
  • Public Exhibition Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Load-Out & Strike: Begins promptly at 4:00 PM. No early breakdown or early departures are permitted. Artists are warmly requested to stick around for 15 minutes to help take down the shared SCAA club panels.
• Artist Presence Mandate: Artists must remain in attendance at their booth for the entire duration of the festival. Patrons and collectors arrive specifically wanting to shake hands and converse directly with the creators.
• Exhibition Specifications: All displayed fine art must be the 100% original design and creativity of the member artist. High-quality prints and custom greeting cards of your original designs are fully permitted.
• Display Setup Options (Choose One):
  • Option 1 (SCAA Club Panels): SCAA will provide two vertical display grid panels. To keep the walking paths clear, you may only use an artist sleeve or a small TV tray next to your assigned station.
  • Option 2 (Artist's Own Display): You will be assigned an approximate 10' x 10' footprint to build your own custom setup using your own private display racks, tables, or heavy easels.
• Canopy & Shade Restriction: No personal canopies or outdoor umbrellas are permitted on-site. The historic restaurant grounds feature extensive, mature oak canopies that provide beautiful, comprehensive shade throughout the entire marketplace.
• Sales, Commissions, & Tagging: Individual price tags must be cleanly created and attached by the exhibiting artist. All public festival sales will be securely processed directly through the master SCAA checkout terminal. Transactions are subject to a standard 25% commission retained by SCAA to fund our programming.
• Amenities Provided: Comfortable sitting chairs will be generously provided for all exhibiting artists directly by the restaurant team.

What Happens Next: 
​Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and location numbers will be randomly drawn by the committee. You will receive a comprehensive confirmation packet via email after April 11th containing your specific space number, load-in zone instructions, and a master grounds map.

​Deadline to Enter April 11, 2026

Requirements - SCAA Members Only.  Space is limited so enter early.
Deadline for entries is April 11, 2026.  Set up between 8:00 and 10:00 am.  Show is from 10:00 - 4:00 pm.  Decide if you will display on 2 club panels OR have a larger display on your own panels/ racks (approx. 10 x 10 spaces).  Entries are first come,  first served and spaces will be randomly drawn.  ARTISTS MUST BE PAID MEMBERS OF SCAA.  Artists must stay the whole day with their art.  Customers want to meet the artists.
 
Specifications - Artists' work must be the original design and creativity of the artist.  Prints and greeting cards will be allowed.  Price tags will be made by the individual artist.  No umbrellas or canopies as the site has lots of trees and is very shady.  TV trays or artist sleeves only will be allowed by club panels, as we will need clear space to walk completely around the displays.  Larger artist displays may have tables, racks or easels.    Chairs will be provided by the restaurant.  Take down for the show will be at 4:00 pm.  No early take down. Artist are requested to help take down the SCAA panels at the end of the show.
 
Fees and Sales -  Entry fee is $25 per artist.  Sales will be handled by SCAA and will be subject to a 25% commission to be paid to SCAA.
