Requirements - SCAA Members Only. Space is limited so enter early. Deadline for entries is April 11, 2025. Set up between 8:00 and 10:00 am. Show is from 10:00 - 4:00 pm. Decide if you will display on 1 or 2 club panels OR have a larger display on your own panels/ racks (approx. 10 x 10 spaces). Entries are first come, first served and spaces will be randomly drawn. ARTISTS MUST BE PAID MEMBERS OF SCAA. Artists must stay the whole day with their art. Customers want to meet the artists.
Specifications - Artists work must be the original design and creativity of the artist. Prints and greeting cards will be allowed. Price tags will be made by the individual artist. No umbrellas or canopies as the site has lots of trees and is very shady. TV trays or artist sleeves only will be allowed by club panels, as we will need clear space to walk completely around the displays. Larger artist displays may have tables, racks or easels. Chairs will be provided by the restaurant. Take down for the show will be at 4:00 pm. No early take down. Artist are requested to help take down the SCAA panels at the end of the show.
Fees and Sales - Entry fee is $25 per artist. Sales will be handled by SCAA and will be subject to a 25% commission to be paid to SCAA.
