  • If accepted into the show, artists must agree to host the Gallery up to four times during the duration of the show. Safety protocols and city guidelines will be put in place.
  • Artists' work will also be posted in a photo montage on social media including our SCAA Gallery Facebook page and on Instagram which artists can share with family and friends.
  • The Gallery Committee will accept 4 small table works measuring under 12"H and/or sculpture as our Gallery will be open during this time. As well, if you want to offer up to 5 prints and/or 15-20 cards, you may.
  • Work must be photographed in such a way that it is clearly visible at a resolution of 300dpi, with NO mats or frames showing. JPEG FILES SHOULD INCLUDE ARTISTS' NAME AND TITLE IN THE NAME EX: Mardilan Georgio Patience.jpg
  • Each artist must fill out the Gallery Form online listing all works entered for the show. It is recommended that artists keep their own inventory list.
  • All the important information must be included- Artist name, Title of work, Price, and Medium in the online form
  • SCAA 25% commission will apply if work is sold. Up to four pieces may be submitted. There will be a $15 Gallery fee to enter.

Drop off date: Wednesday June 22, 2022 3:00-6:00pm
Artists' Reception: Friday June 24, 2022 5:00-8:00 pm
Please plan to bring snacks- more info to follow.

    Please upload "jpg only" image files. Label your image files with the titles before uploading the image file. This is to ensure there is no confusion later identifying the artwork.
