About the Festival
The Art Classic is the signature flagship exhibition of the Santa Clarita Artists Association calendar year. Held inside the spacious facilities at The Centre, this highly anticipated cultural destination brings our valley's finest masterworks out of the private studio and onto the public stage. The Art Classic serves as a prestigious, outward-facing showcase where local residents, regional art collectors, and families can experience and invest in exceptional original talent.​

The Art Classic beautifully bridges an elite, professional juried art competition with a vibrant public cultural exhibition, celebrating the extraordinary technical mastery of our regional artists.

The Exhibition & Juried Competition Experience
The Art Classic is engineered to celebrate absolute visual mastery, providing our guests and patrons with a world-class gallery browsing experience:

1. The Master Fine Art Gallery (Open to the Public)
Tour a sprawling, meticulously curated exhibition hall showcasing hundreds of original 2D and 3D fine art compositions. Spanning traditional oil landscapes, transparent watercolors, intricate pastels, hand-thrown ceramics, and mixed-media sculptures, every piece on display is entirely unique and available for purchase to elevate your private home or corporate collection.

2. The Professional Juried Awards Ceremony
SCAA is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of artistic excellence. All entry submissions are rigorously evaluated by an independent panel of distinguished, professional museum and gallery jurors. Cash prizes and elite ribbons are awarded across multiple physical mediums, celebrating creators who are pushing the boundaries of color, composition, and technique.

3. The Scholar Benefit Silent Auction
Throughout the weekend, guests are invited to participate in our silent auction tables featuring custom artisan treasures, specialized creative collections, and original fine art. All proceeds generated by the auction are directly retained by SCAA to fund our annual High School Art Scholarship endowments.
