 As far back as I remember I have had a need to create.
I have painted in watercolors, oils, and acrylics.
Several years ago I
decided to explore my desire to sculpt. I now have a great passion for
metal and the way fire allows it to merge into new shapes. I love
breathing new life into discarded metal objects. In my work I often
combine old pieces with new ones. One simple metal item will stimulate
the image of a new character. It is really exciting to see that new
“person” emerge from a pile of metal pieces.
The combination of line, shape, color, and texture are common elements
in all art forms. All of these elements can be found in my metal
sculptures. The person looking at art may wonder, “Why is this art?” I
think the answer to that question is different for everyone. If the
artist’s work has touched you in some way then you have a better
understanding of that work.
 
My pieces vary in size from 1 foot to 7 foot - Free Local Delivery
(Santa Clarita, CA) and Installation.
