Portraits on Ceramic Tile

The world of art is exciting to me.  Not only in the creative aspect or in the discovery of new ideas, but the people I have met along the way of my own discoveries.  I enjoy watercolor, pen and ink, and painting portraits on ceramic tile.  These are baked on large tiles and provide permanent memories of loved pets, persons and places.

I find Beauty all around me as my six grandchildren are my inspiration as well as my legacy, my hope is others can enjoy and find pleasure in the beauty I create. 

I am very involved with underserved children in a non profit group “Kids’ Community Dental Clinic”. As a Registered Dental Hygienist I make visits to children’s health events as the   

                               “Tooth Fairy”. 

My  new web site : stormecenterdesigns.com ,  refers to  my given name Marsha Storme Center and my designs are from my heart or center of the storme, which is the most calming part,  the eye of the storme!! I have included several of my paintings on this site.

I hope to grow with the exposure to more artists and community of creative persons.  The SCAA organization has already energized me and fills a need in my life.  Artists need artists to survive and I am hungry for this connection.
