Louis was born in 1928 in Brussels, Belgium. He came to the USA in 1954
and became an American citizen in 1961. He has had no formal art training,
but his travels to France, England, Holland, Mexico, Hawaii, and Tahiti are
beautifully reflected in his bright and imaginary paintings.
